These terms cover using GoLottoWins, the site you are on now. By reading past this page and using the site, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not just filed, so they stay in plain sentences rather than dense clauses wherever the subject allows it.

There is one thing worth saying before anything else: this is a small independent site that publishes lottery odds, the arithmetic behind them, and checks on claims made by other products. It does not sell anything, and these terms exist mainly to keep that arrangement clear.

Every odds figure, prize amount and tax rate on this site is checked against an official source, usually the game's own site or a state lottery, and dated when it was checked. We recheck rather than let a page go stale, and where we could not confirm something, we say so instead of guessing.

Even so, the games themselves are the final word, not us. Mega Millions changed its matrix, price and multiplier structure in April 2025, and any page anywhere, including this one, is one rule change away from being out of date. The official game sites and your own state lottery always outrank this site as a source, and if a number here ever disagrees with what powerball.com, megamillions.com or your state lottery currently publishes, treat theirs as correct and tell us, so we can fix ours.

We make no promise that any figure on this site is current at the exact moment you read it. Odds and prize structures are set by the games, not by us, and they change on the games' schedule, not ours.

This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep every figure accurate and current, and we show the arithmetic rather than asking you to trust an assertion, but we cannot guarantee the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will remain available at any given moment.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GoLottoWins and the people who write for it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, reliance on anything published here, or an error in a figure that was later corrected. That includes, without limitation, any decision to spend money on a lottery ticket, a product sold elsewhere, or anything else. If you rely on a number here for anything that matters, verify it against the official source first.

Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be limited under the law that actually applies to you, and nothing here is meant to exclude liability for something the law does not allow us to exclude.

This site links out to official game sites, state lotteries, government agencies and, in the sources list on most pages, to news and academic sources behind a claim. We do not control any of those sites, and linking to one is not an endorsement of everything on it, just of the specific fact it was cited for at the time we checked it.

If an outside link ever breaks or starts pointing somewhere it should not, tell us and we will fix or remove it.

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, the date below moves, and a change that matters, such as anything affecting what this site does or does not sell, would be written here before it took effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
